Battle Star Gallactica. It ended in 4th year. 3rd year was a bit boring and 4th year toward end was too but at the end, they kind thumbed it up as terminator did. message, soon machine will take over if you do not cuttle your planet... Liked it.

Elephantbar in cupertino.
Was not bad. Somehow I thought it was for adult joint but OK for kids as well. Good thing I got to watch Cuba vs. Japan MLB.

Old Nissan.  Called Fairlady in J. Wonder if this is ever going to run...

Tartini.  Weight and pay frozen yogurt shop.  Nice'n clean interior design.  Dig.

Flash of Genius 2008. I like it because I do kind a similar thing for living but as movie, it tapered off thin toward end. I know it could not orchestrate too much since it was based on true story but nevertheless I could see more drama in it. Anyway I digged it. $13.

this is cool. fast bike yet you get 2 work out.

Burn after reading 2008 by Coen bro. I used to like Coen bro then lately I lost interest from O Brother but this one was so-so OK. Feels like they went back to Fargo origin but doing Fargo II is not good enough for me. $9.

Daiso in Cupertino. Similar contents as Japan and many has Japanese tag on it. Interesting to see how they prosper here in the US.

Marukai Japanese good mkt in Cupertino. Nothing special but nice to have one near by.

pretty cool CG emerging as real in the end.

My clock radio. I like the look.

Yummy HKG BKFST

Suzhou Rikisha at train station

Suzhou train station

Weird flavor chips bought in Hong Kong. Tasted fine but wonder who invented....

Maglev in Shanghai

Only 7 minutes but impressive. Wonder how safe to human body ridding on such a magnets...

Ajisen ramen. I went to one in Suzhou China for the 1st time. I knew they had some in Taiwan and HKG but somehow did not want to go in thinking it was non-Japanese. But it turned out to be Japanese origin and they have some store in TKO as well which of course I have never been. Anyway, one at Suzhou is strange since you have to pay after ordering just like 1st food joint. Taste wise, it is 4 out of 10=eatable but no crave.

The-Day-Earth-Stood-Still 2008. What a boring plot. Some amazing SFX but that did not help it. Cheap version of Al Gore save-the-earth movie. Good intent but as movie, sucks. $5.

A vending machine in Suzhou. For 1RMB you can save accidental baby. It was placed on the wall of major road roughly 300m apart. I did not see people buying it and not sure about demand....

The Long Shots 2008. Based on true story about 1st female QB.... Story is too straight forward without much twist. Nice but dull. $6.

Sixty Six 2006. I think United Airlines are cutting cost on movie which played in the plane too because all four movie was not a major ones. Which is fine by me. This one, wife was played by major actress but everyone else was new. Kind a funny and growing pain kind a episode. $8.

There were three man taking down the scaffolding on side of old apartment. The top guy take one bamboo at time and throw is vertically to the 2nd guy who is in the middle, then 2nd guy throw it to the 3rd one on the ground. 2nd one not missing bamboo is amazing. And I think he did not have a gloves on!! Free circus show! Love this kind of cultural skilled people.

SAAB bicycle race support vehicle. I saw Lance Armstrong for the 1st time in this race which was held in San Jose. This Mavic team had the best color coordination. Too bad design conscious company like SAAB is now up for sale.

Suzhou Amusement Land Water Recreation World. When I saw this from 45th floor of Shangrila hotel, I somehow believed it was done by some famous architect. Last trip I did not have time to go near but this time I was able to. 30 minutes walk from the hotel and here it is. Kind a modern but when I got close to it, the detail was not there. Wonder who did it but I think my guess was wrong....

Without Limits 1998. Based on True story about Steve Prefontaine and William Bowerman.
Kind a expected ending but nevertheless it was good movie. The main actor who played Steve was really good in it. Bowerman who is played by father of Jack Bauer is pretty decent too. $14.
